CO FOUNDER - COURSE LEADER
Charles Wilcox spent much of his childhood in the Australian bush, learning skills and techniques from respected bushmen, continuously seeking bigger adventures. A four-month stint on a remote, uninhabited island off Queensland’s Cape York Peninsula really put his coastal survival skills to the test and stoked the fire of his life-long passion for survival and bushcraft.
Charles has worked as a tour guide in Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park in the Northern Territory and is nationally accredited to share information about Australian indigenous culture. He has lived completely off-the-grid for two years with his wife, Tory, in the Victorian High Country and recently they travelled to South America where they trained in the art of jungle survival by the indigenous Shuar people of the Peruvian Amazon.
Even with a lifetime of experience, Charles continues to research and refine the skills and information he shares to ensure the integrity of his teachings.

She can hold her own in the jungle and enjoys nerding-out on biology books in her spare time. Tory holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science and works part time as a VCAL teacher at TAFE.
